Under the leadership of Pastor Juan Muzquiz, President of Foursquare Mexico, there are six breakfast clubs currently functioning in the Rosarito area.  It costs about $60 a month to support one breakfast club. Uriel is sponsoring these Breakfast Clubs and hopes to help open more!
